Makkah:

The Muslim World League has strongly condemned the terrorist attack targeting a police station in the city of Bannu in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

In a statement issued by the MWL General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, expressed solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan over this painful tragedy and in confronting all threats to its security and stability. He also reaffirmed the MWL’s rejection and condemnation of violence and terrorism in all their forms and under any pretext.

His Excellency extended his sincere condolences to the families of the victims and to the people of Pakistan, praying that Allah bestow His vast mercy upon the deceased and grant them eternal peace in Paradise.
