The Muslim World League Condemns the Targeting of the Residences of the President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the Leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party

The Muslim World League (MWL) condemned the targeting of the residences of the President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, as part of a series of heinous attacks affecting the region.
In a statement issued by the MWL’s General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, strongly denounced this aggression, which constitutes a violation of religious values and international and humanitarian law, and poses a serious threat to security and stability in Iraq and the wider region.
