The Muslim World League (MWL) Welcomes the Ceasefire Agreement in Gaza.

The Muslim World League has welcomed the announcement of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, praising the efforts made by the State of Qatar, the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the United States of America in reaching this agreement.
In a statement issued by the MWL's Secretariat General, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, expressed hope that this agreement would bring an end to the horrific humanitarian tragedy faced by the Gaza Strip, along with all the catastrophic consequences of the brutal aggression.
He emphasized the urgent need for full adherence to the agreement, an immediate halt to aggression, and the complete withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from the Gaza Strip and all Palestinian territories. He further stressed the importance of ensuring the Palestinian people achieve their full rights, particularly the establishment of their independent, sovereign state along the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
