Muslim World League Condemns Two Terrorist Bombings in Afghanistan

The Muslim World League (MWL) has condemned the two terrorist bombings that occurred in Kunduz province, northeastern Afghanistan, and a ministry building in Kabul, Afghanistan's capital, which resulted in several deaths and injuries.

In a statement from the General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, reiterated the MWL’s firm stance against violence and terrorism in all its forms and under any pretext. Dr. Al-Issa expressed the MWL’s solidarity with Afghanistan and its people in their efforts to safeguard national security, stability, and the welfare of its people.

His Eminence extended his deepest condolences and sympathies to the families of the victims and the injured, as well as to the people of Afghanistan. May Allah the Almighty bestow His mercy upon the deceased and grant the injured a swift recovery.
