This year marks a new milestone in the program’s global recognition:
The offices, centers, and representatives of the Muslim World League (MWL) around the globe implement the Udhiyah (sacrificial meat) program on the Day of Eid al-Adha and the three days of Tashreeq, reaching all countries in need, with the majority distributed across multiple countries in Africa and Asia.
The MWL is pleased that this program—carried out in line with its mission, objectives, and global outreach—holds deep significance for Muslim communities across both majority- and minority-Muslim societies.
This year, the program will gain further recognition through the patronage and presence of prominent governmental and civil society figures, including heads of state, government officials, members of parliament, scholars, and other esteemed community leaders. These efforts will be complemented by the festive spirit of Eid and the exchange of greetings—including well-wishes from non-Muslims—thereby reinforcing the bonds of citizenship and promoting harmonious societal coexistence.
