The Muslim World League Condemns the Suicide Bombing at Jamia Dar al-Ulum Haqqania

 

Makkah:
The Muslim World League strongly condemns the suicide bombing that took place at the mosque of Jamia Dar al-Ulum Haqqania.

In a statement from its General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, denounced this heinous crime, which resulted in a painful loss of life. The Secretary-General particularly mourned the loss suffered by the Ummah of Sheikh Hamid-ul-Haq Haqqani in this treacherous attack.

Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa emphasized that the late scholar, Sheikh Haqqani, may Allah have mercy on him, dedicated his life to serving both knowledge and action, advocating for unity, warning against division, striving to bring hearts together, and offering wise counsel.

His Excellency extended his deepest condolences and sympathies to the people of Pakistan, the families of the victims, the injured, and the family and loved ones of Sheikh Haqqani. He prayed for Allah to bestow His vast mercy upon the deceased and grant them the highest ranks in paradise, while also praying for the swift recovery of the injured.
