Earlier today:
His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, in a dialogue with representatives from the press, news agencies, and French radio, and in the presence of international correspondents, addressed several intellectual issues along with the common misunderstandings surrounding religious terminology:
The unified Islamic stance on the Gaza tragedy reflects the position of every conscientious individual worldwide, advocating for the enforcement of established international and humanitarian laws in response to this genocide.
The involvement of both Muslim and non-Muslim communities globally concerning Gaza represents not only a legitimate right but also a commendable ethical stance. In addition, we call for this engagement to not lead to divisions or affect societal harmony regarding an international issue that has profoundly shaken the human conscience; instead, it should foster unity and bolster solidarity. Isolated acts of evil will find no opportunity to advance their agenda against our collective determination.
A just and comprehensive peace in the Middle East is unachievable without the establishment of an independent and fully sovereign Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
