Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) has strongly condemned the bombing of the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, in the south of the Gaza Strip, as well as the targeting of a tent sheltering displaced persons in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis.
In a statement issued by the MWL’s General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, denounced these grave violations, which continue to target civilians and civilian facilities in the Gaza Strip. He reiterated the MWL’s urgent call on the international community to assume its moral and legal responsibilities as well as to take an immediate and firm stand to stop the ongoing aggression, which persists in its disregard for the lives and rights of the Palestinian people.
