The Muslim World League Strongly Condemns Statements by the U.S. Ambassador to the Occupation Government

Makkah:
The Muslim World League (MWL) has strongly condemned the statements made by the United States Ambassador to the Israeli occupation government regarding the misleading narratives and absurd illusions being circulated about alleged Israeli expansionist ambitions in the Middle East.

In a statement issued by the MWL's General Secretariat, His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, Secretary-General of the MWL and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, denounced these false and irresponsible remarks. He described them as an unprecedented disregard for the security of the region and the sovereignty of its states, a blatant violation of all international laws and norms, and a contradiction of the clear commitments outlined in the American peace plan.

His Excellency reaffirmed that the only guarantee for achieving the desired peace and stability in the region lies in implementing the resolutions and calls of international legitimacy, including those of the Security Council and the “New York Declaration” on the two-state solution, endorsed by a resolution of the United Nations General Assembly, affirming the historic and inalienable right of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of their state. He stressed that this right cannot be undermined by such statements, which lack credible evidence and the most basic standards of political responsibility.
